Dr. Nav Mehta MD, FRCPC| Critical Care Medicine​

Profile: Dr. Mehta was born in India, spent his preschool years in West Africa and then immigrated to Canada.  He completed an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry prior to medical school graduating in 1990.  His core postgraduate training is Internal Medicine, with fellowships in Internal Medicine(Ottawa), Nephrology(Vancouver) and Critical Care Medicine(Pittsburgh).  He was attending staff in New Brunswick prior to relocating to Sudbury in 2001, previously ran a full general nephrology practice and currently practices Critical Care Medicine while providing locum relief in Nephrology and Critical Care.  He has work-related interests in clinical education, critical care nephrology, transplantation and trauma.
